Calgary is playing its third game in four nights and suffice it to say expect it get overwhelmed today by the 0-1 home side which doesn't have to play again until next Thursday. St. Louis lost 3-2 in its opener, newcomer Paul Stastny scored in his Blues debut. Calgary is coming off a 5-2 win over Edmonton despite being outshot 40-26. But ultimately for me this comes down to Blues goaltender Brian Elliott who has won three straight vs. Calgary while posting a 1.00 GAA. There's no need to overanalyze this one, sometimes a favorite is a favorite for a reason and in this case, I feel St. Louis should in fact be a larger one; play on the BLUES.
