Jump on the UNDER in this game. Philly will try to get Hurts yardage early but they will be in tough against a brilliant run defense in Tampa. Philly will be forced to throw the ball and I just don't see Philly having the horses to put up enough points to take this one over as points will be required from both team to eclipse this high total. On the other side of the ball Tampa will also be challenged against a Philly defense that has allowed the fourth-fewest passing yards per attempt this season (6.6).
