This is a 10* ASSASSIN on the LA Clippers.
It's all come down to this. If you're a believer in conspiracy theories, then you should love the fact that I've taken the Clippers here in Game 7.
And that's because some people will argue that the NBA itself "wants" the Clippers and Lakers to face each other in the Western Conerence Final.
Denver was down 3-1 to the Jazz too in its previous series, before then rallying for three straight victories, en route to a hard-fought seven-game series win.
And now the Nuggets have defied the odds and pushed this series vs. the heavily favored Clippers to a seventh game as well.
Can anyone say "letdown" spot?!
The Clippers are much better and deeper than Utah and despite losing two in a row, I like LA to finally play a full four quarters and I expect Kawhi Leonard to lead the way.
Over the last two games the Clippers have gone into the half with the lead, but back-to-back uncharacteristically poor fourth quarters has led to back-to-back losses.
No way Lightning strikes three times in my opinion, as note that the Clippers are 7-2 ATS in their last nine after two straight SU/ATS setbacks.
I'm laying the points and expecting a blowout with the CLIPPERS!
