The Jets' 19-14 loss in Week 1 at Carolina doesn't look so terrible after what the Panthers just did to the Saints on Thursday night.

The Jets then came up short agaisnt the Patriots' defense in the 25-6 setback in Week 2, and they'll once again have their hands full in this difficult road venue.

But this Broncos' defense is not the Denver defense of a decade ago.

Yes, the Broncos are 2-0 SU/ATS, winning 27-13 at the Giants and 23-13 at Jacksonville in Week 2, but let's take both of those defensive performances with a "grain of salt."

Both the Giants and Jets have a plethora of issues on the offensive end. The Jets do as well, but with Baltimore coming to town next, followed by a contest at Pittsburgh, Denver will run the risk of getting caught looking past its lowly opponent today.

No such luck for the Jets though, who will know what the odds are for a team to even reach the post-season after starting off 0-3 SU.

Zach Wilson won't have to do as much to keep pace with this Broncos offense.
